Becoming Taller Through Exercise

By Mike Naismith

Thousands of people couldn't just sit down without a fight when puberty came and went and left them shorter than they would have liked. Who wouldn't jump at the chance of becoming taller, especially if it involved a very simple way of doing it?

Most of us think that once we're fully grown, there's nothing we can do to add inches. However, those who work in the area of health and well-being have come up with exercises that can achieve what seems impossible.

There are a lot of benefits to being even a bit taller. Men know that it's easier for them to do well in business as well as to attract women if they're on the tall side. Women realize that supermodels are tall for a reason--clothes hang better on you when you're tall. Also, a few extra pounds are going to show up faster on a short person. So this idea of increasing height is certainly breakthrough news!

Well what kind of exercises are these? Are these exercises hard to do? And most of all, how can these exercises increase your height?

Well, children do these kinds of exercises all the time in gym class. It's all perfectly natural. The basis is just stretching and moving for flexibility. That in itself is helpful, but these exercises also stir the growth process that was active when you were younger. In some biological ways, you're going back in time!

Anyone, barring any physical disabilities, can safely perform these exercises on their own, without any special equipment. Not only that, results can be seen as soon as only a few weeks.

This stretching method functions by enhancing the pituitary glands in your brain and it makes more human growth hormone (abbreviated HGH) in your body. This causes a normal response to make the ends of your bones and cartilage thicker which consequently makes them a few inches longer.

Your posture will also be better and the bones in your back will be straightened out properly so your body will reach the maximum height it can. An increase of several inches will be added to your height. A little bit here and there might not seem like a big deal. But if you consider this, you will have a minimum of 2 inches added to your current height...all while you do an exercise routine that is verified to make you grow taller.
